SAN DIEGO, CA — September 1, 2007 — vAudit Group, Inc., a leader in providing sales and use tax software solutions and services, today announced it has changed its name to Taxcient, Inc. The change, with the tagline “The Science of Tax”, highlights the company's focus on applying deep, real-world tax expertise to their growing set of technically advanced tax solutions and services.
